Hand crafted wood letter box by local artist Ken Murano. Ken works in furniture restoration and faux finishing and has made this box from start to finish using solid wood. It measures 16"x 11"x 6.25". Inside and out, it has the appearance of an antique Japanese letter box with traditional Japanese lacquer interior and gold leafed exterior. One of a kind.
All our jewelry is hand-selected and we feature a number of local designers whose work reflects Asian themes. This 19.5" necklace by Yumori Designs is of serpentine, labradorite, and sterling silver with a serpentine disc pendant hand-carved with a double fish motif, one of the Eight Auspicious Symbols in Buddhist iconography.
