CLASSES AND ONGOING PROGRAMS
An overview of USC Pacific Asia Museum’s great weekly and monthly programs. Schedules do occasionally vary, so be sure to call ahead.
Every Thursday: 12:30-1:30 p.m.
YOGA: Designed with a lunch-hour audience in mind, instructor Jessica Pagan’s instruction of Hatha yoga is uniquely accessible. $12 per class, or buy a series and save. Beginners always welcome.
Every Saturday: 8-9:30 a.m.
TAI CHI: Held in the peaceful surroundings of the museum’s courtyard. $10 per class, beginners always welcome.
Every Saturday: 8:45-9:45 a.m.
CHINESE CALLIGRAPHY: Guang-Li Zhang teaches the art of Chinese calligraphy. Each six-week series is $90 per person or $60 if also enrolled in Chinese Brush Painting. Not held on certain holiday weekends; call or check the events calendar to confirm exact schedule. New session begins April 2!

CHINESE BRUSH PAINTING: Another longstanding museum tradition, taught by Guang-Li Zhang. Each six-week series is $140. Potential students are welcome to observe a free class before enrolling. Not held on certain holiday weekends; call or check the events calendar to confirm exact schedule. New session begins April 2!

Every Third Saturday of the Month: 2-4 p.m.
HAIKU: The Southern California Haiku Study Group is devoted to studying, writing, and sharing haiku in English, there is no membership fee, and beginners are always welcome.
Every Sunday: 10:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.
HAWAIIAN MUSIC AND MORE: Learn how to play the ukulele or guitar and sing traditional songs with Charles Kiaha and Ilima Lei Russell. This class is taught in a 12-week series and is open to musicians of all levels. Instrumental students must provide their own instruments (guitar and/or ukulele). Students under 15 years must be accompanied by an adult. Space is limited. Pre-register at the museum front desk or by calling Visitor Services at (626) 449-2742 ext. 10.
$200 per 12 week series.
