Want to bring your students?
Pacific Asia Museum provides tours and workshops to all schools at no cost. Students grades 3 through 12 enjoy a one hour docent-led tour of the museum’s art galleries and courtyard plus a one hour hands-on workshop taught by a local artist. Workshop activities include calligraphy, mandalas, brush painting, origami, story telling, fan making, and drawing. Student and youth groups must be chaperoned at all times. Chaperones are responsible for conduct and adherence to rules of proper behavior; a minimum of one chaperone per 10 children is required. Students are welcome in the Museum Store!
School tours are offered Wednesday - Friday. This is a popular program, so book early!
UPDATE: Due to the popularity of our student tours, we are currently booked through the end of April 2012. We encourage all interested school groups to book now for Summer and Fall 2012 to ensure a time slot.
For more information or to reserve a tour, please call (626) 449-2742 ext. 23 or e-mail

Want to bring your group?
One hour docent-led tours of the museum may be scheduled for groups of 10 to 60 people. All tours are free with regular museum admission. Please call (626) 449-2742 ext. 23 to reserve, or e-mail tours@pacificasiamuseum.org
If your group visit is self guided and you will be exploring the museum without a docent, we ask that you still make a reservation. This helps ensure no other large groups are scheduled at the same time, possibly interfering with your group’s enjoyment of the museum.
